When intercepting the specimens, 100-500MM of reinforcing bars should be removed at both ends, and the corresponding deformed steel bar should be taken when the intercepting specimens are more than 60 tons. If a test result does not meet the requirements, double the number of specimens from the same batch for each test. If there is still one unqualified sample, the batch of steel bars is unqualified. Brittle fracture, poor weldability or abnormal mechanical properties of hot-rolled steel bars occur during processing. Chemical composition analysis and other special tests should be carried out.
